Most plants lose 20–30% of their compressed air to leaks, over-pressure and unnoticed dryer failures — and never see it, because nothing is being measured. WiseAir flow meters, dew point sensors and leak detectors turn that invisible loss into numbers you can act on.

WiseAir Technologies designs and manufactures smart IIoT instruments for compressed air, gases, steam and liquids — flow, dew point, pressure and power — all feeding a single cloud dashboard. Part of the Systel Asia group, we have spent 23 years installing, calibrating and auditing compressed air systems across Indian manufacturing.
A short overview below. Full technical specifications, ranges and datasheets are on each product page.

See compressor output, department-wise consumption, peaks and leak rates. Three technologies so the meter suits the pipe, not the other way round.

Prove your air meets its ISO 8573-1 humidity class and catch desiccant breakthrough before it reaches product-contact air.

Find and cost every leak on a running plant. Point, see the leak on screen, log it — no shutdown, no soap solution.

Tie air production to the electricity that made it. The only way to state a true specific power figure (kW per 100 CFM) for each compressor.

Track pressure drop across dryers, filters and long headers. Every extra bar you generate unnecessarily costs roughly 7% more energy.

Timer drains dump compressed air every cycle, around the clock. Level-sensed drains release condensate only — and nothing else.

All sensors on one cloud dashboard — live trends, shift reports, threshold alerts and specific-power tracking, readable by your shift supervisors without training.

Not sure what to buy yet? Start with an audit. Our engineers measure your system, cost the losses and tell you what to fix first.
Compressed air, nitrogen and other gases, steam, water and process liquids — across every kind of Indian manufacturing plant.
We are not a catalogue reseller. We design the sensors, install them, calibrate them and then walk your plant with you to interpret what they say.
Tell us pipe size, pressure, flow range and where the data has to go. We shortlist the models that fit — instead of selling you the one we hold in stock.
Anti-ejection insertion design, ball-valve mounting and an online drilling kit let most meters go in — and come back out for calibration — while the line stays pressurised.
Flow, dew point, pressure and power from the same vendor, on one WiseAir 4.0 cloud platform. No integration project, no four separate portals.
Annual calibration for our instruments and for other manufacturers’ — with the documentation your auditors expect to see.
We specify dew point range from the humidity class your process must hold, not from the dryer’s rating plate. Free pressure dew point and ROI calculators on site.
Pre-installation site visits, commissioning and post-installation maintenance by our own engineers — 500+ manufacturers served over 23 years.
“WiseAir sensors helped us identify three major leakage points in our compressor network. We recovered those losses within two months and have seen consistent energy savings since.”
— Maintenance Manager, Automotive Plant, Pune“The IIoT dashboard is simple enough for our shift supervisors to use without any training. Real-time alerts have stopped unexpected compressor shutdowns completely.”
— Plant Head, Textile Manufacturer, TirupurIt comes down to pipe size, line pressure, the flow range you expect and how the data has to reach you — local display, 4–20 mA to a PLC, Modbus, or straight to the cloud dashboard. Send us those four things through the form and we will shortlist the models that fit and attach the datasheets. There is also a model selector on our flow meter page.
In most cases yes. Insertion-type thermal mass meters can be fitted through a ball valve, and our online drilling kit makes the tapping without depressurising the line. The same arrangement lets the meter come out later for calibration without a shutdown.
That rating is a design-point figure measured under ideal inlet and ambient conditions. Real plants run hotter, dirtier and at higher flow, and a fouled condenser or failed drain will push actual dew point well above the rating with no other symptom. The rating tells you what the dryer can do; only a sensor tells you what it is doing.
Annually is the common interval and it is what most auditors expect documented. Sensors running continuously at −40 °C Td and drier drift more than those near ambient. We calibrate our own instruments and other manufacturers’ in our lab.
Yes. We offer pre-installation site visits, commissioning of the instruments, and post-installation maintenance and calibration services across India from our Coimbatore base.
Many customers do. A walk-in assessment measures your system, costs the losses and shows the savings potential — which then tells you exactly which permanent monitoring points are worth installing.
